1. Hybrid system: Dongfeng Huashen HV5 is equipped with a hybrid system of Yuchai 240 horsepower engine plus dual motors. This system consists of Yuchai YCK05-240 horsepower engine and two motors. The motor rated power is 115 kilowatts and the peak power reaches 157 kilowatts.

ECVT continuously variable transmission: The hybrid system is matched with the ECVT continuously variable transmission, which is easy to operate and located at the lower right of the steering wheel. The gearbox adopts an integrated thermal management system to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle in a cold environment, and is equipped with hill start assist, efficient energy recovery system and creep mode.

3. Chassis stability and carrying capacity: HV5 uses a 3.6-ton front axle and a 9-ton rear axle, with a front 3 and rear 4+3 leaf spring suspension to ensure the stability and carrying capacity of the vehicle.

4. Battery configuration: In terms of battery configuration, Dongfeng Huashen HV5 is equipped with a new generation of CATL 513kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which has a charging and replacement integrated, dual-gun fast charging function design, can achieve 5-minute fast battery replacement, and a full-charge range of up to 350km.

5. Cab configuration: The four-spoke multi-function steering wheel and hand-gear shift lever provide a convenient operating experience. The center console has a reasonable layout and is equipped with a suspended 10-inch center control screen with rich functions. Lane departure warning and fatigue driving monitoring probes are integrated under the front windshield to provide driving safety.

6. Power battery support: For refrigerated transportation, the vehicle is also equipped with a pure electric upper unit. The super-large power battery can support the continuous operation of the refrigeration machine, and can continue to cool for more than 10 hours at minus 18 degrees, realizing a true "mobile cold storage".
